Now field-testing the Family Planner as an Android and an iPhone App developed from a Family Planner Paper Tool, Regions 1 & 2 SPOE First Steps (St. Louis and Charles Cities and Counties) Providers and and their Families are invited to join The Family Planner Research Study. Designed as a “Do It Yourself” tool, The Family Planner allows you to:
- analyze and organize resources
- make more informed decisions
- advocate for your child and family, and
- introduce your child and family to new teachers, professionals and providers.
If you are interested in field-testing either the Family Planner Android App or the iPhone App, please ask your First Steps Provider to refer you to Dr. Panagos. Participation involves Dr. Panagos and a research assistant accompanying your provider on six home visits. You will be developing your own Family Planner and giving feedback about how you use it.
